born in an angry pit village in the north of england, dave cox began his musical career at the age of eight by pretending he was in adam and the ants. this was not actually the case as he was, in fact, still at junior school. disillusioned by his brief foray into the imaginary music biz he retreated to the noble pastimes of footie, porn and glue sniffing.

at age 16 he started pissing about in all manner of crap bands with names such as "genital husbandry" and "shit".

he continued his musical pursuits at night whilst by day he started a yts scheme as a dogsbody in a recording studio, securing downtime to start writing his own stuff. it wasn"t until 1998 that he started a new band called "nemo" with long time friends, aimée and bryan robson. they released a single called "darkest day" to critical acclaim, but seeing as they were lazy arsed wankers they failed to follow up this new found success with a second single, and so nemo was temporarily put on hold.

during this time dave received a blow to the head and decided to embark upon a side project. this was somewhat skew-whiff.................and scary.

frying the sounds of punk, funk, frazzled country, bontempi and electro he has set out to destroy the music business from within. although so far he has only managed to sit in his grubby little pants, eating biscuits and watching countdown, he assures us he is the horseman of the apocalypse.
