Pointy Bird Records is a family-run micro-label, releasing our own home-made productions: Man In Formaldehyde (melodic, cinematic soundscapes), Super Distortion (regressive/progressive fuzz and organ instrumentals), Automatic Serene Gun (minimal electronic music), Art Giraffefungal (no-limits sound exploration).
It's a joyously hap-hazard collection, roughly held together by a common thread of experimental-ness and regressive/progressive tendencies. Everything is recorded using a computer, a bunch guitars, an organ, a synthesizer, piles of effects boxes and home-made instruments.
