THE Z-SHED - FRIDAY 26TH JUNE - VERY HEAVY BASS!

➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲

OK, so it’s Glastonbury weekend and no doubt a lot of you will be preparing yourselves for 5 days of mud, mind expanding drugs, warm beer and lost friends. Well here at the Z-Shed we’ve got one thing to say….

FUCK BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN, SHOW ME THE BASS!

➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲

Throwing it down this month…

Mumdance (Mad Decent)
Mad Decent upstart Mumdance packs a punch with his global bass sound. Expect everything from E3 riddims to favela bass.

Warlock (Rag and Bone)
Rag and Bone head honcho Warlock steps up to the lower end with the perfect mix of dubstep, heavy bass and broken techno.

Gusty (Audioscope)
“Coz I chop ruff beats.” Full live show from the one and only Gutsy. Bad bwoy junglism at its best. Amen to that.

Deville (Senseless)
When the dubstep world zigs, Deville zags. Get ready for double time drums and basslines that would have Caspa checking his wallet.

Pirate Soundsystem
+ 8 Bass from our residents in waiting.

Absnif
Last but by no means least Absnif gives dance music a good kick in the shins.

THE Z-SHED - SEIZE THE FAT ONE! - FRIDAY 29TH MAY - BAD BWOY PARTY THIS WAY!

➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲

Hunched, aching and slightly deaf the Z-Shed sits quietly pondering what’s on the menu this month.

CCCCCCHHHHHHEEECCCKKKKK IT!

➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲➲

Bruce Stallion (Tigerbass)

Kid 606’s latest signing Bruce Stallion steps up to the plate for his debut live show. With a typical Tigerbeat swagger Brucey takes his love of ridiculous arse shaking bass, the spirit of 90’s hardcore, Amiga game music and hip-hop, throwing it all down in a mix of dubstep, heavy bass and the occasional bit of bassline cheese…‘a kinda cough syrup hazed equivalent of the Outrun theme with 90’s rave piano. And lots of bass.’

K-Gol (Coin Operated)

New Kid on the block K-Gol is set for big things in 2009. Straight outta Lille K-Gol is over in London for a one off UK spesh. With support from the Rag n Bone camp and forthcoming releases on Coin Op you can expect low end electronics of the highest quality

Your Niece

I saw Your Niece play on NYE and I have never see a room explode quite like this. One guy called it turbo crunk, one smiling girl took her head out the bassbin long enough to call it lazer bass. Errrr. What the fuck? Take hip hop, put it in a cannon, blast it into 2853 and you’re only half way there. Not convinced? You will be.

The Z-Shed Gang

As usual the Z-Shed gang stand dubs in hand and grubby as ever. Stepped up bass from Pirate Soundsystem, low slung glump from Absnif and more than enough rude boy electronics from The Kev.
