press release - Ball O'String / Nuts In May

SANCHO PANZA > Ball o’string / Nuts in May (SPRV 009)

After the brilliant debut album from Brothers in Sound, this is the first new project from Paul Hanford, a collective featuring the distictive Russell Kemp and Tex La Homa lynchpin Matt Shaw, An eclectic mix of lo-fi folktronica, drawing comparisons to Jim O’Rourke and Will Oldham. Each of the limited edition 7”s features an individually hand painted sleeve by artist Nic Rawling. A brilliant and unique record.
