Cursor Miner is London based musician Robert Tubb, who's output ranges from dada electropop through whacky industrial funk all the way to abstract noise constructions. The common thread through the music is a love for the unusual but strangely catchy... cursorMiner is currently, like Mouse on Mars or Leafcutter John, trying to combine the sonic variety of experimental digitalia with lyrical and melodic content. His live show has graced events in the UK, France and Russia, and he has recorded for Lo Recordings, Rigid Records, Si Begg's Noodles imprint (including "The Complete Death of Cool", which The Times called "one of the most unusual and inventive compilations you'll hear this year"), whilst six tracks were featured on the Unbearable Recordings split CD "Unbearable Heroes". His debut full-length 'Explosive Piece of Mind" for Lo Recordings received widespread critical acclaim.
